Kaloa 2.2 - Push notifications & fractional servings

Push notifications — Kaloa can now send reminders and updates, in your chosen language (English or Danish)

Fractional servings — log half a pizza, a third of a portion, anything: serving sizes now accept decimals (e.g. 0.5 stk), including with a comma on Danish keyboards

Fixed the calorie value being clipped on the food detail screen (you no longer have to scroll to see the full number)
Fixed the serving-size label wrapping awkwardly on smaller screens

More food databases — search now spans USDA FoodData Central, Den danske fødevaredatabase, and McDonald's Denmark, alongside Open Food Facts. Toggle sources on or off, and every result shows where its data comes from
Saved meals — save any meal and re-log it in one tap. Swipe to save on the dashboard, or save it straight from a food's detail screen. Your saved meals show up as a quick-pick grid in search
Data Sources screen — a new screen to see and manage which food databases you're searching
Instant gallery preview — pick a photo from your library and see it immediately; image compression now runs in the background so logging feels instant

Food search — search millions of products by name via Open Food Facts. Find exactly what you ate without taking a photo — tap Search in the logging modal, type the product, and log it in seconds
Detailed nutrition breakdown — every food entry now tracks fiber, saturated fat, unsaturated fat, added sugar, salt, and potassium alongside the core macros. AI estimates them from photos and text; barcode scans pull them directly from the product database
Smart portion sizes — edit the serving size after scanning and all macros scale proportionally. Supports grams, ml, pieces, cups, and tablespoons — AI picks the most natural unit for each food automatically
Log food in advance — planning tomorrow's meals? You can now log food for tomorrow directly from the dashboard
"Calories eaten" mode — a new toggle in Profile lets you switch the main dashboard counter from "kcal left" to "kcal eaten" if that's how you prefer to track
Scan notes — add a text note before the AI analyses your photo. Useful for things the camera can't see: "3x of these", "with mayo", "large portion" — the AI factors it in for a more accurate result
Animated launch screen — replaced the static splash with a smooth branded animation on startup

Logging tabs reorganised: AI Scan (camera), Text (type or describe), and Search (product database) — cleaner and faster to reach what you need
Scan result screen now shows a review step before logging, with an editable serving size and unit picker
Numbers on the scan result count up from zero when the result loads, with a success haptic when they settle
Dashboard shows skeleton rows while switching days so there's no flash of stale data
Pull-to-refresh now does a real sync and holds the spinner for a minimum 650 ms so it feels deliberate
Food detail opens as a modal with a dimmed backdrop instead of a full push
Buttons scale on press, inputs highlight on focus, toasts animate out — small touches that make the whole app feel more alive
AI photo analysis is noticeably faster (reduced model thinking time)
AI now responds in Danish when the app language is set to Danish

Fixed a rare infinite loading spinner when switching days
